Games: Sonic games [!OT]

They did make Sonic Adventure 1, which was good. Then SA2 sucked, but Yuji Naka was missing. For the looks of it, this might be the real Sonic game we've been longing for. It took their retarded producers 11 years to realize we want a real Sonic game. For once, it looks like they're doing something their customers want, or, at least, they're saying what their customers want to hear. (This game might as well get cancelled, this is too good to be true, but they haven't cancelled many Sonic games in the past.)

Well, they cancelled one or two but they werent publicly announced and hyped like this, especially not as one of the first next-gen games. Plus, looking at the graphics so far, i'd say they've entered an unretreatable phase of development. Considering the amount of money and fans they would lose, i think if they were to cancel it they would have done it already.

Remember Sega is renown for having cancelled games that were absolutely finished, box designs and all, just days before shipping them to stores.

But I don't think they'll cancel this one. It's Yuji Naka's stuff, and he's stubborn. Besides, they'll have enough fun cancelling Shenmue 3 once again; they're in the Yes phase of their usual "Yes, no, maybe" bullshit cycle.
